Box Office Locations

• The Celebrity Showroom Box Office is located at the entrance to the Celebrity Showroom.
• The Nugget Event Center Box Office is located outside the main entrance to the Nugget Event Center. Located near the intersection of Victorian Avenue & Victorian Plaza Circle and 10th Street. From inside the Nugget, use the exit doors on the Northeast corner of the building near the Celebrity Showroom.

Yes. There will be bars inside selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Food and snacks are available for purchase in the venue as well

Guests are advised to only bring essential items.

Can I get a refund or exchange on my ticket?
No, all ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Is there on-site parking?
The Nugget Event Center has convenient parking located across from the venue next to the Nugget Casino Resort. For additional details see our Parking section below.

Is there off-site parking?
Off-site parking is available at the Galaxy Theater Parking Garage and surrounding neighborhoods. The Nugget is not responsible for these parking areas.

Are there nearby restaurants?
You can enjoy Food Trucks outside the Nugget Event Center starting at 5pm for select concerts.

What are door open and show start times?
Typically, doors will open an hour and a half before showtime.

ADA Seating
Nugget Event Center offers seating to accommodate wheelchairs and those with visual and hearing impairments. These seats can be seen and selected when purchasing through Ticketmaster or by contacting [email protected].

Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) and Auxiliary Aids
There will be a limited number of devices.

Bars
There will be ADA compliant bars.

Entrance
ADA guests will have a dedicated entrance lane.

Parking
All parking levels of the Nugget garage have handicap reserved spots. These spots are first come first served. Vehicles utilizing handicap parking lots must display appropriate placards, tabs or license plates.

Restrooms
ADA compliant.

Service Animals
Only trained service animals or service animals in training will be allowed. All other animals, including pets and comfort animals are prohibited.

Traveling East on I-80

• Use the right lane to take exit 17 for Nugget Ave
• At the traffic circle, continue straight onto Nugget Ave
• Destination will be on the left

Traveling West on I-80

• Take exit 18 for Pyramid Way/NV-445
• Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Nugget Ave
• Destination will be on the right

Traveling from the Airport
Nugget Casino Resort offers a complimentary airport shuttle.

Public Parking is available in the Nugget’s West Parking lot and the parking garage next to Galaxy Theaters and The Bridges. Check availability at here.

Victorian Avenue in front of Bars/Merchants. Enter from Pyramid Way, turn around parking island, exit to Pyramid Way.

• No outside food or drink, including alcohol

• No full face coverings

• No drugs or drug paraphernalia

• No professional recording equipment – photo, video or audio (detachable lenses)

• No pets

• No laser points, micro lights or flashlights of any kind

• No selfie sticks

• No noise making devices

• No balloons, balls or frisbees

• No tents or chairs

• No coolers

• No signs, flags or banners exceeding 11” x 17” or attached to a pole/stick

Smoking
There will be a dedicated smoking area inside the Nugget Event Center.

Assumption of Risk
The Nugget Casino Resort and its entertainment venues are operated and maintained to protect against exposure to the COVID-19 virus and other communicable diseases in accordance with federal and state guidelines. Complete isolation from the virus in a public setting is impossible. Accordingly, Nugget venues cannot totally eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable disease and the venues do not promise that ticket holders will not contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. The ticket holder acknowledges that the Nugget venue has informed him/her that the venue is not risk-free and that it is possible the ticket holder may contract COVID-19 or any other communicable disease during his/her presence at the venue, and that the ticket holder freely chooses to enter and/or remain in the Nugget venue with full awareness of the associated risks.
