Capital Call is a five year old Kentucky-bred gelding sired by 2014 Belmont Stakes winner Tonalist, and out of the Proud Citizen mare, Vamo A Galupiar.
Nicknamed "Call" around the barn, he is lovingly described as a big kid by his groom, Santana. Call has spent the majority of his racing career in the United States where he raced at Del Mar, Santa Anita, Golden Gate and more before making his Canadian debut for the Century Horse Racing Club!
Call raced eight times for the Club in 2022, however the decision was made to retire him for racing as it was no longer in his best interest to continue.
Capital Call retired with a lifetime record of 21-1-0-4 and over $47,000 in lifetime earnings.
