Owen is a local favorite in Western Maryland's music scene, is a guitar virtuoso and singer-songwriter who's been active in the tri-state area since he was 15 years old.  He is a former member of the bands Dying Breed, and TONEDEAF and has been performing as a solo acoustic act most recently.  He provides a wide range of genres, including blues, rock, pop, jazz, alternative and classical.
