Our Commitment to Accessibility

Century Casinos is committed to delivering a great experience and exceptional customer service to all our guests. Our properties, amenities, and services, both in-person and digital, offer a wide range of accessible accommodations to meet the needs of our guests.

Website Accessibility

We firmly believe that the internet should be available and accessible to anyone. We are committed to providing a website that is accessible to the broadest possible audience, regardless of ability.

To fulfill this, we strive to meet the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1). These guidelines explain how to make web content accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities. Implementing these guidelines helps make our website accessible to blind people, people with motor impairments, visual impairment, cognitive disabilities, and more.

Our website utilizes various technologies that are meant to make the website as accessible as possible at all times. We utilize an accessibility interface that allows persons with specific disabilities to adjust the website’s UI (user interface) and design it to their personal needs.

Additionally, our website utilizes an AI-based application that runs in the background and optimizes its accessibility level. This application remediates the website’s HTML, adapts its functionality and behavior for screen-readers used by blind users, and for keyboard functions used by individuals with motor impairments.

Our website is monitored and tested regularly by internal resources, and by testing software from third-party providers of web accessibility testing. As accessibility barriers are identified, we seek to implement fixes to improve the website’s user experience.

Assistive technology and browser compatibility

We aim to support as many browsers and assistive technologies as possible, so our users can choose the best fitting tools for them, with as few limitations as possible. We currently support all major systems that comprise over 95% of the user market share, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Opera and Microsoft Edge, JAWS, and NVDA (screen readers).

Feedback and suggestions

Despite our very best efforts to allow anybody to adjust the website to their accessibility needs, there may still be pages or sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or are lacking an adequate technological solution to make them accessible. Still, we are continually seeking to improve our accessibility, adding, updating, improving options and features, and adopting new technologies. All this is meant to reach the optimal level of accessibility following technological advancements. If you have specific questions or concerns about the accessibility of our website, please contact us at [email protected]. Please include “Web Accessibility” in the subject line and provide a description of the specific page or item you feel is not fully accessible, or a suggestion for improvement. We will make all reasonable efforts to make the specified page or feature accessible.
