General Information

The two poster layouts

The two claims

  • There are two allowed poster layouts: The new, preferred layout and the traditional layout with the bow.

  • Every operation can choose one of the two layouts, which then has to be used consistently.

  • There are two different claims.

  • The Primary Claim is „Welcome to the Winners’ Zone!“.

  • The Alternate Claim „Come for the Action, Stay for the Fun! “ will only be used when the Primary Claim cannot be used due to regional casino rules and legislation.

Preferred Poster Layout

  • In order to achieve a fresher, sleeker and more modern look, the preferred layout for posters, newspaper inserts, etc. is without bow.

  • The logo is placed in the bottom right corner. The logo comes with identifier. For further guidelines concerning the logo see Section "Logos".

  • The preferred logo variant is the white logo with the white splash (monochrome 1c negative). On light backgrounds, use the black logo with the black splash (monochrome 1c positive).

  • Claim: No changes in position, size, font. Colors either white, 55 % grey or black – matching the colors of the two permissible logo variations. The distance between the logo and the claim is as wide as the letter „C“ in the logo.

  • Disclaimer: Text will change as needed. The text color must be visibly discernable from the color of the main poster.

  • Font: Frutiger 45 light.

  • Color and font size may be adjusted to your needs, as long it is not too big.

  • Left-aligned! Local laws or legal requirements may overrule these guidelines.

  • URL of operation is either cnty.com/identifier or www.cnty.com/identifier

  • Social Media: Add all social media logos for the social media apps, which are actively in use by the operation. If necessary, add a slight glow in order to make them more silhouetted against the background. If another logo or a QR-Code needs to be included next to the social media logos, shrink the logos to 75 %. Make sure to always use the latest versions of the social media logos.

  • The remainder of the poster is for your perusal. We encourage the use of clear messages and strong visuals.

  • All logos and claims are available as printable PDF files (= vector files) on the Corporate Design file share. Request access via the Corporate head office.

  • When other poster formats are used, make sure the proportions between the margin, the logo width and the width of the poster are similar to the ones described here.

  • Here are some examples to demonstrate how the posters should look like:

Traditional Poster Layout

  • The bow is a compulsory element of all posters.

  • White, silver, gold and black are the PREFERRED colors for the bow, as they guarantee a good visual contrast with the two permissible logo variations.

  • Other colors / gradients may be chosen for the bow as long as they provide a good visual contrast with one of the two permissible logo variations: Do not use red, orange, or yellow as these are conflicting with the colors of the Century splash.

  • All elements such as logo, city identifier, claim, URL and Social Media icons are compulsory, while the disclaimer is not.

  • Note that the arrow next to the URL has been abolished.

  •  1. Bow

    • No changes to the size or shape are allowed. The color of the bow must be visibly discernable from the color of the main poster (in order to make the gap visible).

  • 2. Line

    • The line is an integral part and must not be left out or changed.

  • 3. Gap

    • The gap between the bow and the line remains in the color of the main poster. If the bow is placed over a photo, parts of the photo still remain visible through the gap.

  • 4. Logo

    • Comes with an identifier. No changes in position, size, font or color.

    • For further guidelines concerning the logo see "Logo".

  • 5. Claim

    • No changes in position, size, font. Colors either white, 55 % grey or black – matching the colors of the two permissible logo variations. (See "Logo")

  • 6. Disclaimer

    • Text will change as needed. The text color must be visibly discernable from the color of the main poster. Font: Frutiger 45 light. Color and font size may be adjusted to your needs, as long it is not too big. Left-aligned! Local laws or legal requirements may overrule these guidelines.

  • 7. URL

    • URL of operation is either cnty.com/identifier or www.cnty.com/identifier.

  • 8. Social Media

    • Add all social media logos for the social media apps, which are actively in use by the operation. Social Media Logos: If necessary, add a slight glow in order to make them more silhouetted against the background. If another logo (e.g. Twitter) or a QR-Code needs to be included next to the social media logos, shrink the logos to 75 %. Make sure to always use the latest versions of the social media logos.

    • The remainder of the poster is for your perusal. We encourage the use of clear messages and strong visuals.

    • All logos and claims are available as printable PDF files (= vector files) on the Corporate Design file share.

    • Request access via the Corporate head office.

Posters Bow and Safe Area

The width of the letter “C” is the base for most of the proportions inside the bow – it describes the safe area that should surround the logo.

  • It is essential that the logo is placed perfectly inside the bow!

  • When used in a (snap-in) frame, posters must be printed at about 96% to 98% of their normal size. This is to make sure that the logo is not too close to the frame.

  • How it should NOT be done, see "Poster Incorrect Uses".
