Next level entertainment and comfort

We are excited to announce Century Casino Caruthersville’s new casino and hotel project.

The new land-based casino at Century Casino Caruthersville, which is currently the last remaining riverboat casino on open water in Missouri, will be located on the protected side of the Caruthersville floodwall. It is adjacent to our existing Pavilion building, which will feature the hotel lobby, a restaurant, a bar, multi-purpose meeting rooms and offices.

The new casino and hotel will transform Century Casino Caruthersville to an attractive, conveniently accessible and smartly sized entertainment destination, which we believe goes hand in hand with the vision and development plans of the City of Caruthersville.

The casino and hotel development at Century Casino Caruthersville will provide much needed jobs, incremental taxes and better entertainment options for the Bootheel region.

The new casino and hotel project is subject to a pending legislative process.

PROJECT START

Planning for this project has already begun as we are joining forces with the renowned architecture firm Kuhlman Design Group to develop detailed plans for the new casino and hotel.
The Missouri Gaming Commission gave preliminary approval for the casino project at its December 1, 2021 board meeting.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction is expected to start in 2022.
Existing Pavilion and Riverboat Casino will continue its operation during construction.

OPENING

Casino and hotel completion expected in mid-2024.

Casino

The gaming space will initially offer 650 slot machines (an increase of 25% over the current number), table games, an eatery and bar. In addition, the new casino will also have the possibility of an expansion for up to an additional 140 slot machines.

New Hotel

The 38-room hotel, which will be located between the Pavilion and the new casino, will provide scenic views of the Mississippi River and Caruthersville.

Existing Hotel

We recently purchased a 36-room hotel that is undergoing renovations. This hotel is across the road from the current Pavilion and the new casino project.

The renovated hotel will provide affordable accommodations and will be the only hotel located in Caruthersville.

We expect the renovated hotel to open in November 2022.
