WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION?

We are open Monday to Thursday from 12:00pm – 10:00pm, Friday from 12pm - Midnight, Saturday from 10:00am – Midnight, and Sunday from 10:00am – 9:00pm.  Our hours may change depending on the season, so please check our front page for updated hours or give us a call at (403) 287-1183 ext. 3222.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BOWL A GAME?

Typically, it takes a group of 6 adults one hour to bowl one game. This may vary from group to group.

DO YOU OFFER BOWLING PER GAME OR PER HOUR?

Our Bowling Centre offers both. See our Prices & Packages page for more information. If you’re not sure which option is better for your group, ask a Bowling Customer Service Representative—they’ll be more than happy to help find the perfect fit.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

While not required, reservations are recommended for the smoothest experience, especially during busier times with high traffic. Lanes can be booked for both day bowling and Black Light Bowling, for one or two hours at a time, through our easy-to-use online reservation system.

IS THE BOWLING CENTRE FAMILY FRIENDLY?

Absolutely! Our bowling lanes even have bumpers and ball ramps for younger bowlers, shoe rentals for all sizes, and lighter balls. The concessions stand also offers a range of snacks that's sure to please even the pickiest taste buds.

CAN I BOOK PRIVATE EVENTS FOR LARGE GROUPS?

Of course! For groups larger than 12 guests, our events team can work with you to bring your vision to life. Whether you're looking for a party room or large private venue, bowling and mini golf package, catering, or A/V, Century Sports has a multitude of venues and options. DO YOU OFFER CHILDREN’S BIRTHDAY PARTIES?

Yup! We currently offer a Bronze, Silver, and Gold tier package. Each package includes:

  • 1 lane for 1 hour of bowling (up to 6 kids per lane)
  • shoe rental
  • jugs of pop and ice water
  • cake service
  • food for each child
  • bonus arcade game cards

Upgrade to a Silver or Gold package to enjoy an hour in your own private party room - perfect for cake, presents, and more fun!

Want to add something to the package, such as mini golf or extra arcade game cards? No problem! We offer extras so that you can build the perfect party for your child.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD AND DRINKS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer a selection of concession snacks, as well as a limited menu from our Mid City Grill restaurant. If you have allergies,please let our team know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your dietary needs.

CAN I BOOK MY LANES ONLINE?

You sure can! With Century Sports' new online reservation system you can skip the wait, and booking your lanes is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Book day bowling or Black Light Bowling during our hours of operations. For a seamless experience, don't forget to add bowling shoes for each guest so by the time your party arrives, everything has been paid in full. Just check in with our staff, get your shoes, and get on the lanes!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

Our system currently accepts Visa or MasterCard.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK A LANE?

For day bowling, reservations can be made up to an hour in advance. For Black Light Bowling, reservations must be made at least 3 hours in advance. If you would like to bowl without a reservation, our bowling centre has lanes available for walk-in customers. To check wait times and levels of availability, please give us a call at (403) 287-1183 ext. 3222.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK PARTY PACKAGES?

We're committed to giving you and your party the very best experience possible. With that in mind, please book your party package at least 3 business days in advance. This will give our kitchen adequate time to prepare your food, accommodate any special requests, and ensure that your party room is fully prepared.

During our peak seasons, parties are often booked months in advance. Please make your booking as early as possible to guarantee your package.

We will always try our best to accommodate a last-minute booking, but we cannot guarantee this. Please give us a call at (403) 287-1183 ext. 3222 to inquire about late bookings.

I'M TRYING TO BOOK, BUT IT KEEPS SAYING "SCENARIO NOT FOUND." WHAT'S GOING ON?

To avoid this, please ensure you are choosing a booking date/time of at least 1 hour in advance for day bowling, 3 hours in advance for Black Light Bowling, and 3 days in advance for birthday parties. The system will only return an error if you try to book within those time windows. If you are still encountering this error, please give us a call at (403) 287-1183 ext. 3222 and one of our Customer Services Representatives will be happy to help.

I DIDN'T PAY FOR SHOES ONLINE. WHAT NOW?

All party members will be required to pay for shoe rental before bowling. Please ensure you have added bowling shoes to your reservation for a seamless experience.

I BOOKED ONLINE BUT NOW MORE PEOPLE ARE COMING. CAN I ADD A LANE TO MY RESERVATION?

More friends = more fun! If your party size has increased and you require an extra lane, please call (403) 287-1183 ext. 3222. We will be able to check availability or change your assigned lanes to ensure you and your friends can play together.

CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT ONLINE AND THE REST IN PERSON?

Currently, we require full payment up front in order to secure your lanes. If you would like to inquire about reserving a lane without payment in full, please call us at (403) 287-1183 ext. 3222.

CAN I ADD FOOD OR OTHER EXTRAS TO MY RESERVATION?

All of the extras will be available on the third step of the booking process. For lane bookings, food can be ordered once you arrive at Century Sports. If you would like to inquire about catering options for larger functions, please contact us.

CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

As soon as you know that you are unable to make your reserved start time, please call (403) 287 1183 ext. 3222 and a Century staff member will take care of your concerns. 

Please note that we offer the following cancellation policy:

I. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the reservation will receive a full refund. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation will be subject to a 15% fee, in addition to any food orders that have been placed. 

II. No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the booking will not receive a refund. Please make sure to book a time that fits your schedule or cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Please allow 2-3 business days from the time that you notify our staff of a cancellation for a refund to be processed. Once the refund, an email will automatically be sent to the address provided when payment was processed. Please note that it may take additional time for Paypal to then credit the amount back to your account. If 5-7 business days have passed and the refund has not been reflected in your accounts, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

Kids' Birthday Parties

CAN I BRING MY OWN BIRTHDAY CAKE?

Yes. If the cake needs to be refrigerated, please let our team know once you arrive.

WILL THERE BE SOMEONE TO SUPERVISE MY KID’S PARTY?

Our bowling staff will be available to greet you, show you to your lanes and party room, and attend to any other needs. However, they will not be responsible for supervising the children. Century Sports assumes no responsibility for the safety of a minor. For parties including mini golf, supervising adults may play free of charge.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL GAMES INCLUDED?

All of our currenty party packages include bonus arcade game cards for each guest. You also have the option of purchasing additional cards as an extra for your party package.

CAN I BRING MY OWN SIGNAGE AND DECORATIONS?

All signage and decorations including balloons, party favors, etc. must be approved by Century staff prior to the event. In addition, no decorations may be adhered to the bowling centre in a way that might cause damage to the property (this includes nails, glue, screws, paint-removing tape, etc.). If you need help or are unsure about putting up decorations, please don’t hesitate to ask your Event Contact for assistance.

WE BOOKED A PACKAGE WITH A PARTY ROOM. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Each package with a party room includes one hour of use in a party room, after any activities. This party room can be used to store belongings and gifts. Although access will be restricted, Century Sports does not assume responsibility for theft or loss of items stored in these rooms.

If you would like to arrive early in order to decorate the room please contact us, as there may be another party using the room prior to your designated time slot. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR CHILDREN’S PACKAGES?

While there is no minimum or maximum age, our packages are best suited for small children to older teenagers. If you have any questions about the suitability of a package for a certain age range, please contact us.

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD OR BEVERAGE?

No outside food and beverage of any kind is permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake. Please consult our party packages for food and beverage options.

HOW MANY KIDS CAN FIT ON A LANE?

We recommend up to 6 kids per lane.

DO YOUR BOWLING LANES HAVE BUMPERS?

Yes! Just ask one of our staff members and they’ll be happy to turn them on for you.

Adult Parties & Social Events

I JUST WANT TO BOOK LANES AND ORDER SOME FOOD. CAN I DO THAT?

Of course! Lanes can be booked online through our reservation system, and food can be ordered once you arrive at Century Sports. Unless you have a special request or any questions related to dietary concerns, there is no need to contact us to book this.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO BOOK A PACKAGE?

While there is no minimum required to book a package, they are best suited for events that require a large private venue, catering or large food orders, A/V equipment for presentations, etc. Typically, clients who book events are hosting corporate functions, team-building exercises, conferences, or special occasion parties. If you would like to get started booking your event, please contact us. We will be more than happy to work with you!

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK MY EVENT?

We recommend booking as far ahead in advance as you can, especially during peak season. We will always do our best to accommodate your booking.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY EVENT?

Please aim to arrive around 15 minutes prior to your event. Your lanes/party room will be ready for your scheduled time.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M LATE FOR MY BOOKING?

Please contact us as soon as you can so we can communicate accordingly with our kitchen. We will make every effort to hold your party room and lanes, however this may not be possible depending on lane and room availability.

IS A PARTY ROOM INCLUDED WITH EVERY PACKAGE?

We have a wide range of packages for those looking for a party room and those just looking for a casual night out. Please see our Prices & Packages page for more information.

An appetizer platter is a great choice for your party; it includes a selection of battered mushrooms, dill pickle spears, chicken wings, onion rings and veggies, as well as assorted dips.
