Additional Information – Customer Due Diligence

Why we ask for more details?

We may have to ask our customers for more information about themselves and the source of funds they use to game with us. In fact, we have to ask for these financial details to ensure that we comply with legal requirements. Similar as any bank or financial institution, UK casinos are required by law to be satisfied about the source of their customers’ funds.

We assure that we handle all this information with respect and treat it with strict confidence.

Sometimes, we ask for additional customer information to understand our regular customers better. If we learn more about our valued customers, we can enhance our customer service and experience.

What do we ask?

When our customers first join us or sign-up for our loyalty programme, we will ask individuals to provide some form of identification. This can be a passport, drivers licence or some other recognised, government issued document with a photograph.

If an individual become a more frequent player, or if an individual play with larger amounts, we need to ask for more details. For example, we may ask for occupation or the source of funds. Occasionally we may ask for additional documents to verify what our customers have told us since the law requires us to record specific information.

Is the personal information secure?

Yes, all the personal information is handled with respected and stored securely. All information our customers give us are treated in the strictest confidence and used only to meet our business and legal obligations.

What happens if individuals don't tell us the details?

We trust that this information is sufficient for our customers to be assured that we treat customer information with the utmost confidentiality. The copies of customers’ personal and financial information will be stored on secured servers controlled by the Compliance Department and will only be available to Compliance Department staff.

We hope we’ve put to rest any doubts our customers may have about sharing information with us and reassured the reasons in detail. If any individual don’t want to provide the information we need, then, by law, we may have no choice but to stop the individual gaming with us.
