Colorado Springs, Colorado, May 20, 2009 - Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital MarketŪ and Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced today that its Century Casino & Hotel in Edmonton, Canada, will host the second Annual Celebrity Poker Tournament in support of the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society of Canada on May 23, 2009.
This tournament is brought to the casino by the popular radio station CISN and hosted by on air personality Sean Burke. The poker tournament will feature celebrities such as Playboy model Jessica King, former NHL star Rob Brown, current Edmonton Eskimo football players Adam Braidwood and Taylor Inglis, plus many more.
The total prize pool, based on full capacity, is CAD 24,000. A silent auction will be taking place the day of the tournament, with proceeds going towards the MS Society of Canada.
