Newcastle Radio Station Opens Broadcasting Studio at Century Casino Newcastle

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado - Century Casinos, Inc. (NASDAQ Capital Market and the Vienna Stock Exchange: CNTY) announced today that Newcastle Community Radio Station ("NCRS"), a very popular local radio station with 300,000 listeners, has relocated its broadcasting studio to Century Casino's casino and hotel resort in Newcastle, South Africa, effective November 8, 2007.

In exchange for a newly equipped broadcasting studio at Century Casino's property, NCRS will advertise Century Casinos' casino and hotel resort in Newcastle. The initial five-year contract was celebrated with a big opening event on November 8, 2007, broadcasted live to the station's listeners and, through video walls, to the casino's guests.

NCRS' opening ceremony at Century Casino Newcastle included a gala dinner for 150 VIP guests including His Majesty King Goodwill Zwelethini, King of Kwazulu-Natal, as well as Prince Dr. M. G. Buthelezi, Mr. Dube, Mayor of Newcastle, and Mr. M.D. Nkabinde, Chairman of the Board of NCRS, as well as many other personalities. The dinner was followed by the unveiling of the new studio by His Majesty King Goodwill Zwelethini, Erwin Haitzmann und Peter Hoetzinger, Co CEOs Century Casinos, and Vivian Reddy, 40% partner in Century Casino Newcastle. The official opening was concluded with a grand fireworks display.

Century Casino Newcastle, situated in South Africa's Kwazulu-Natal province, half-way between Durban and Johannesburg, is a one stop entertainment, leisure and conferencing destination. The property features 12,000 square feet of casino gaming floor with seven gaming tables, 250 slot machines, food and beverage amenities, a show stage, as well as a supervised kids entertainment area. The complex also includes a four star, 40 room hotel, meeting and conference facilities, as well as a spa and wellness center with a wide range of beauty and relaxation treatments.
