Peter Hoetzinger
received a Masters degree from the University of Linz, Austria, in 1986.

Mr. Hoetzinger has more than 20 years of gaming industry experience, starting as Deputy Head of Casinos Austria's International Division, growing the company's portfolio to 101 casinos in 20 countries and on cruise ships. He also served as a member of various supervisory and management boards of Casinos Austria's subsidiaries.

In 1993 Mr. Hoetzinger started Century Casinos, Inc. together with his partner Mr. Erwin Haitzmann, with an initial start-up capital of $1.7 million. The Company was listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market in 1994 and on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange in October 2005.
