Erwin Haitzmann
holds a Doctorate and a Masters degree in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Linz, Austria (1980).

Mr. Haitzmann has more than 30 years of casino gaming experience ranging from dealer (commencing in 1975) through various casino management positions. From 1981-1992 he served as Head of Casinos Austria's International Division, growing the company's portfolio from two to 101 casinos in 20 countries and on cruise ships.

In 1993 Mr. Haitzmann, together with his partner Mr. Peter Hoetzinger, founded Century Casinos, Inc., with an initial start-up capital of $1.7 million. In 1994 the Company was listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market, in 2005 it was listed on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
