Terms & Conditions

Membership is extended to those guests who undertake to abide by the terms and conditions of the All Stars programme:

  • Gaming legislation prohibits persons under the age of 18 from participating in any gaming activity.
  • Membership and benefits of the Players Club programme are non-transferable. Only one membership number per member.
  • Please notify the Players Club Desk in person or in writing of any change of name and/or address.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the Players card is correctly inserted into the slot machine or handed to and accepted by the supervising staff prior to playing the tables.
  • Your card must be presented when collecting prizes, rewards and on redemption of vouchers.
  • Lost or stolen All Stars cards should be reported immediately to The Players Club desk. Tel: (028) 214 5330.
  • Membership may be terminated without notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions.
  • A member forfeits any special offers or reward/bonus points earned if your records show no activity for a period of time.
  • Note all points earned are valid for twelve (12) months only from date of earning them, and will be cancelled if not used within the 12 month period.
  • No interest will be paid on the outstanding balance on the database.
  • Accounts that are inactive for more than 24 months will be closed and any money in the account will be forfeited.
  • Benefits are extended on a discretionary basis as determined by the management.
  • In the event of a dispute, the decision of management will be final.
  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel the Players Club programme at any time without prior notification.
  • Employees and immediate family of The Caledon Hotel, Spa & Casino and associated companies are not eligible to participate.
  • Players Club promotional material and literature may from time to time contain variations of, or additions to, terms and conditions.
  • Rules of the Players Club may vary to suit specific promotions or events.
  • The Caledon Hotel, Spa and Casino will not disclose membership information to third parties unless so agreed to by the member.
